Patty Abraham
Manager, Human Resources
Patty Abraham brings over 20 years of experience to her role as Manager - Human Resources at Enerfin Resources Company, a position she has held since February 2007. For 9 years prior to that, she served as the Director of Human Resources for a senior assisted living company and was appointed as a member of the senior management team. During her career, she has led the HR function in areas of employment relations, recruiting, training and benefits. Abraham is an active member of the Society For Human Resources Management and Houston GPA. Currently, she serves as Chair for the NGGPI Group (Natural Gas Gathering & Processing Industry).
Jerry Crafton
General Manager - Midstream Operations
Jerry Crafton has over 30 years of experience in the natural gas industry. He has spent most of his career with Texas Eastern Pipeline Co. (formerly a Duke Energy subsidiary, now Spectra Energy), where he served in various leadership roles in pipeline operations and engineering. Mr. Crafton most recently was Operations Manager (including pipeline integrity) for Spectra Energy's South Division covering pipeline operations in eleven states and the Gulf of Mexico. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from University of Missouri.
Tom Guinn
Manager, Business Development & Gas Acquisitions - Midstream
Tom Guinn joined Enerfin in late 2004 with over 22 years experience in the natural gas industry with Oklahoma’s largest intrastate pipeline company, Enogex Inc. Mr. Guinn held various management positions with Enogex and subsidiary, Ozark Gas Gathering Co., in gas acquisitions and supply, business development and volume control. He has a Bachelor’s degree from Central Oklahoma University and attended Colorado School of Mines.
Phil Flato
Controller
Phil Flato has over 30 years of accounting experience in the oil and gas industry. He most recently was Controller at Cathexis Oil and Gas and previously held the positions of Offshore Controller, Manager of Financial Reporting and Manager of Revenue Accounting at SandRidge Energy/Dynamic Offshore Resources. Prior to that, he held various senior accounting management positions with Union Texas Petroleum Corporation and Hewlett Packard Company. Phil obtained his Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from University of Houston and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is also a member of the AICPA and the Texas Society of CPAs.
Helen Stacy
Manager, Contract Management & Administration
Helen Stacy joined Enerfin in 2010 and brings over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Before joining the Enerfin management team, she served as Manager-Contracts Administration at EPCO (formerly Enterprise Products, Inc.) Prior to her management position, Ms. Stacy served in various roles as Sr. Contract Administrator and Contract Administration Coordinator at EPCO. She also has experience in products scheduling, volume management, and property accounting for major industry participants. Ms. Stacy is an alumnus of Michigan State University and a member of NMOGA, Natural Gas Society of the Permian Basin, and NESA.
Stacey Richardson
Manager, Business Optimization and Executive Administration
Stacey Barclay Richardson joined Enerfin in late 2005 and has more than 20 years of experience in the energy industry, including contract administration, severance tax reporting, revenue accounting, and gas plant accounting. Richardson previously served in various leadership and individual contributor roles in her experience with Enron Corp., Coastal Oil & Gas Company, Sonat Exploration Company, and Union Texas Petroleum Corp. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Lamar University, serves as member of the Legislative Committee of the Gas Processors Association, and is a member of the National Energy Services Association and Houston GPA.
